David Le Jazz Quintet with special guest Sara Stejskal

The David Le Quintet, comprised of Boise State music students, was started by long time duo, Rhiannon Terry and David Le. Through opportunities provided by Boise State, they’ve enjoyed making music with varying groups and musicians. Joined by Shayla Lewis on bass as a regular member, they continue to perform in the community as well as on campus. They will be joined by Kevin Littrell on guitar and Noah Hall on drums for this performance.

David Lee: A music education major at Boise State. He sings in the Meistersingers, Critical Mass Vocal Artists, and First Presbyterian church choir as a choral scholar. While also contributing to various special events across the state of Idaho David has built up an impeccable repertoire. 

Rhiannon Terry: A general music major at Boise State participates in the Boise State Jazz Choir and Jazz Orchestra while contributing to the production of Sweeney Todd, and has served as member and section leader in the Keith Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band.


Shayla Lewis: A senior music Education major at Boise State participates in the Symphony Orchestra and Jazz Orchestra. She has played for the Idaho and Tahoe Shakespeare Festivals for productions of Forever Plaid, Mamma Mia, and Beehive among others. She has preformed across the Treasure Valley most notably with the Boise Philharmonic.


Kevin Littrell: A senior at Boise State, is one of the Treasure Valley’s up and coming Jazz stars. Widely acclaimed for his pure tone and jazz scholarship Kevin has mastered the Be-Bop, Bossa Nova, and contemporary Jazz and is an accomplished soloist. Kevin plays guitar for the Boise State Jazz Orchestra.


Noah Hall: A nursing major at Boise State participates in various jazz combos and the Boise State Jazz Orchestra. Boise State has given Noah the opportunity to play in the Keith Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band Drum Line and pursue his passion of music. 

Special Guest 


Sara Stejskal: Sara is passionate about all genres of music, from opera to indy new pop albums. Brining her warm vocal colors and emotional connection to performances Sara create an awe inspiring performance that will dazzle audiences of all ages. She has preformed globally placing in the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, winning a  Po'okela Award for her portrayal of "Jack's Mother" in Into the Woods and can be heard on the album "Tambor" as well as live performances. Sara is a talented artist that you do not want to miss, her voice and charisma will keep you on the edge of your seat begging for more.
